YBR is a fitness routine using balls
to tone, strengthen, and realign the
body. Incorporating YBR into your
exercise makes you leaner, longer,
stronger, and it creates more space
in the body. Different sized of
inflatable balls are chosen to
stretch and elongate muscles.
Clients are taught routines they can
do at home. Group and individual
classes are also offered by Korner
Massage Clinic. The balls are also
used by Suzanne during a massage to
work three-dimensionally and unwind
tight muscle bands and expand
joints.
You can choose to learn how to
bodyroll yourself, or try a Yamuna Body Rolling ® massage.
After using YBR, clients have felt
stronger, taller, and stretched out.
The focus of Body Rolling is one of
"letting go", releasing, and sinking
